Hello! My name is Mrs. Kerr and I am the head of Art & Design at St. Jude's Academy. I hold an Honours Bachelor Degree in English and Visual Arts from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University. My interests include: travel, 19th century literature, rugby, ice hockey, bluegrass music, mixed media art & art history.

  • Students were introduced to the work of David Hockey as an introduction to their summative assignment for Unit 1.
  • Students used the rest of class time to check in with Mrs. Kerr through a one-on-one conference regarding their Personal Projects.

  • Students reviewed the key technical aspects used in the Cubism movement. They participated in drawing activities to practice these technical artistic skills.
