Today we reflected on our knowledge of patterns, shapes, and colours by creating a Colour by Shape butterfly.
SK ART
Today we learned how to weave paper using primary and secondary colours.
GR. 7 & 8 DESIGN
Students continued working on their skateboards. FINAL PAINTED SKATEBOARDS ARE DUE THURSDAY MAY 19th!! (at the end of class)
*If students are not complete by this date they will need to arrive early to school or stay after school to work on their skateboards until completion.
*This week I will be at the school until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 18th if students would like to stay late to continue working. I will also be coming to the school at 7:30 if students would like to arrive early to work.
GR. 8 HISTORY
Today was the last day to work on their Louis Riel Poster Project in class.
POSTERS ARE DUE THURSDAY - TO BE PRINTED IN COLOUR AND SUBMITTED!
- Students should also be prepared to conference with the teacher regarding their stance on Louis Riel and be able to defend their opinion with solid facts.
