9 & 10 ART
Students had class time to watch grade 6 exhibition projects, as well as work on their Studio Design project.

7 & 8 DESIGN
Students were given a handout and we discussed instructions for creating an Artist Label and Artist Statement. The rest of class time was used as a work period.
8 HISTORY
We discussed the importance of culture and cultural identity as a class. Students then used class time to research Metis culture and cultural symbols.
