Hello! My name is Mrs. Kerr and I am the head of Art & Design at St. Jude's Academy. I hold an Honours Bachelor Degree in English and Visual Arts from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University. My interests include: travel, 19th century literature, rugby, ice hockey, bluegrass music, mixed media art & art history.

First Day of October!!

Happy October Everyone!

Junior Kindergarten

Today we worked on our scissor cutting skills. We first coloured our October pumpkins (focusing on staying in the lines) and afterwards cut them out.




Grade 3 & 4

Students started working on their Fairy-Tale Landscape project. 



Grade 2

We continued working on our Warm & Cool Colour art piece today.



Grade 1 & 1/2

Today we learned how to draw pumpkins!







Grade 7 & 8 Technology

Students started working on their Unit 1 Summative Assignment. Assignments are due NEXT THURSDAY October 8th!
